Free range organic eggs from Thirsk, sausages from Pateley,  bread baked locally and jams from Masham. Stephen makes his own marmalade.

Coffee is freshly ground fairtrade Fairtrade, tea is ethically sourced, cows milk from Grassington, goats milk and soya drink available.
