Proprietor Stephen Boyden turned a dream of owning a business in the Yorkshire Dales into reality when he took over one of Pateley Bridge's oldest listed buildings, renaming it Talbot House.
Stephen's career spans working for Grand Metropolitan Hotels in the South, running a wine bar in the City of London and managing the restaurant at The Old Swan Hotel in Harrogate.
Before taking on Talbot House he indulged his love of books, music and cappuccino with an international bookstore in Leeds where his first role was to set up and manage the coffee shop. |
